Mes Amis’ Year-long Childcare Programs in St. John’s

Mes Amis Daycare & Preschool offers an all-year-long childcare program. We accept children from ages 2 to 5, catering to their physical, emotional, social, and intellectual growth. With a focus on the Emergent Curriculum, Mes Amis puts your child’s interest first. Our childhood educators view each child as a competent learner ready to explore the world around them. We encourage hands-on activities that encourage your child to take turns, problem-solve, and learn through play. By allowing them to be a part of the decision-making process with their teachers, children are able to discover independence and responsibility.

 

We have a classroom with a mixed age group of 14 children between the ages of 2 to 5-year-old. This helps the younger children learn from the older children, and it gives the older children a sense of responsibility and pride helping the younger children. All outcomes listed under the specific age groups apply to this group.
